Long-Run Saturday

Due to life continuing to get in the way, this weekend’s long run will be on Saturday before Run Club meet-up.
Official Distance will be 12-15 miles-ish; however, every individual is encouraged to go at their own pace for the distance that works into their training.
This is an unsupported long-run so hydration and nutrition should be carried by each individual for their own training needs. We plan to run West, so there will be 2-3 water stops, and at least 2 porta-potty stops if needed.
